Participant Satisfaction Survey

The purpose of this questionnaire is to gather information about your participation in training and activities provided through the Wichita State University R3 TEACH Grant. The U. S. Department of Education requires an annual evaluation of the grant as a stipulation of continued funding. The evaluation is being conducted by The Center for Research and Evaluation Services, COE, Wichita State University, and focuses on the effectiveness of the grant in providing recruitment, preparation, placement, peer coaching and support of individuals seeking to become certified through the alternative certification program. Your individual responses will remain confidential. Your name will not be associated with any information that you provide. Your responses will be analyzed along with those provided by others to determine progress made toward R3 TEACH grant objectives. Filling in your name and MYWSUID is necessary to verify that a survey has been received from each R3 TEACH teacher candidate.
